Privacy & personal data
Protecting your information.
This page describes the data used by the website, its purposes, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
The data controller is POTENTIEL ÉNERGIE SARL, whose registered office is at 46, boulevard Zerktouni, 2nd floor, Apt. 6, Casablanca. To exercise your rights or ask a question about your data, you can write to commercial@potentielenergie.com.
Data processed and purposes
The website may process information you voluntarily enter in the form: name, organisation, email, telephone, city, project description, selected references and names of documents you plan to send. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a commercial discussion, study, product selection or documentation request.
Conversations with the technical assistant
Each message sent to the technical assistant passes through our server to provide a response and links to public content. The conversation remains temporarily in your browser's memory and our application does not store it in a commercial database. Our hosting provider may process technical metadata necessary for the service to operate. No message is sent to an external AI provider without authorised activation and your explicit consent. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information.
Local brief preparation
Before you confirm submission, form fields remain in the page's memory. Downloading creates a file on your device; copying places the text on your clipboard. Closing the page clears fields that have not been saved by your browser.
Product selection
Selected product identifiers, quantities and your notes may be kept in your browser's local storage to maintain your selection folder. You can remove them from “My selection” or clear the website data in your browser.
Voluntary request submission
Online submission is not enabled in this version. Prepare and download your brief, then contact us directly.
When online submission is enabled, Vercel hosts the application, Resend handles technical email delivery and Upstash provides anti-abuse rate limiting. Anti-abuse counters use hashed identifiers; no IP address or email address is stored in plain text in them, and these counters expire within one hour at most.
Retention period
Commercial enquiries received by email are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last exchange, unless a business relationship, legal obligation or defence of a legal right justifies a different period. Technical anti-abuse rate-limiting counters expire within one hour at most.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or, where the applicable conditions are met, object to its processing or request its deletion. Send your request to commercial@potentielenergie.com or by post to 46, boulevard Zerktouni, 2nd floor, Apt. 6, Casablanca.
Transfers and processors
Some technical service providers may process data outside Morocco. Potentiel Énergie must complete the applicable data protection formalities before activating any production processing that requires an international transfer.
