A preliminary sizing tool
A quick calculation can help estimate the number of luminaires, an illuminance level and an initial layout. It is useful during assessment or for quickly comparing several scenarios.
What it does not replace
A simplified calculation does not replace a detailed simulation when geometry, reflections, glare, uniformity, obstacles or contractual requirements are decisive. In these cases, DIALux validation remains necessary.
Connection to the future Potentiel engine
The future Potentiel assistant will be able to prepare the brief, assess technical criteria, identify compatible LEDVANCE references and provide the necessary files. Preliminary estimates and detailed calculations will remain clearly distinguished.
